FINANCE/LEGAL

Working through the Management Company, prepare annual budgets, follow-up with monthly statements insuring proper controls, collect annual dues and follow-up with legal action in case of non-compliance; Coordinate with the Management Company on home foreclosures and insure covenant compliance through-out;  Follow-up with enforcement of rules and agreements through the Management Company;  Perform other duties as directed by The Board

MAILBOX RENOVATION/RENEWAL PROGRAM
Chairman:  Pending  Committee Member:  
Implement and manage a Mailbox Restoration and Maintenance Program for the Woodridge neighborhood.  Maintenance of the mailboxes should be based on a routinely conducted survey of the installed mailboxes and should include the painting, cleaning and replacement of parts and replacement of complete mailbox units as required.  Woodridge mailboxes are expected to conform to the accepted Woodridge Standard Unit.  The program will be paid for by the Woodridge Homeowners dues.  All vandalized and damaged mailbox units will be restored at no additional cost to the homeowner.  New construction homeowners are required to buy their first mailbox.  Perform other duties as directed by the Board.

COMMUNICATIONS AND OUTREACH

Woodridge website administrator:  Lauren West

Working with members of the Board as well as interested residents, develop and implement Woodridge Social Programs and various outreach activities in the community.
Working with the Website Administrator listed above, insure the Woodridge Website is accurate and up to date; Also, contribute and help insure that the Woodridge Directory is as accurate as possible.  Perform other duties as directed by the Board.

SHARED-USE PATH PROGRAM
Chairperson:  Ed Spires   Committee Members:  Edward Jabbour
Represent Woodridge at the WNA meetings; Insure feedback to the Woodridge Board on any pending decisions and implement communications to Woodridge residents; Perform other duties as directed by The Board.

LANDSCAPING AND MAINTENANCE OF GROUNDS
Chairperson:Stan Parker   Committee Members: Chris McGarr
Implement Landscaping on common properties through out the subdivision; Upgrade and improve maintenance of all five Woodridge entrances; Upgrade and maintain entrance signage; Improve maintenance of the Park and various cul-de-sacs; Perform other duties as directed by The Board.

STRUCTURE ADDITIONS
Chairperson:Chris McGarr   Committee Members: Steve Jones
Review homeowner requests for any structure additions to properties; Insure compliance with the covenants; Obtain committee and board approvals on property additions with copy to homeowner and Woodridge files; Consult with the Woodridge lawyer as necessary; Perform other duties as directed by The Board

SAFETY / SECURITY / STREET SIGNS / CRIME WATCH
Chairperson: Edward Jabbour   Committee Members: 
Implement programs and communications to insure neighborhood and street safety; monitor and arrange upgrades of street signage; Implement street lighting maintenance; Perform other activities as directed by The Board.
